PAYMENT IS DUE BY MARCH 1st.
If you cannot attend, we give a full refund (minus service charge) prior to May 1st.
After May 1st, you will only receive 50% of your registration cost if you need to cancel.

If you need to request a change in the week you are joining us, there will be a service charge ($10) for this schedule change. This is only possible if the requested week has space still available.
